Defined Perspective
Defined Perspective is a 5-piece hard rock band from Southern Maine founded by Geoff Fleming (Vocals/Keyboard) and Dustin Stevens (Lead Guitar) in 2019. Chris King (Rhythm Guitar), Randy Troiano (Former Bass) and James Harmon (Drums) completed the band thereafter.
In February of 2021 Defined Perspective released their first studio single “Fatality” which aired on Portland radio station WCYY along with their third studio single “In Their Sights.
In July of 2021 Defined Perspective released their fith single “Grips Of The Hollow” and are currently gigging and working on recording several more songs for their first label release with Bentley records out of New York City.
In 2023 after nearly a 2-year hiatus, Defined Perspective came back with 3 new Singles Dead To Rights, StuckBelow, and Ready Or Not. Along with these new singles they also bought on a new member of the band with Matt Costa on bass. After playing a handful of shows they released a new single in June 2024 entitled This Heartache.
2024 has been a big year for Defined Perspective. Playing multiple music fests around New England including some up and coming evens such as Carnival of sin, live, love laugh festival, high octane in Laconia, and porchfest in Rochester. Recently they opened for Powerman 5000, Sponge, Tantric and Clozure on their Abandon Ship tour. As the year unfolds Defined Perspective keeps gathering more momentum and doesn't plan on slowing down.
